Biography
Joshua’s research focuses on telecommunications, emerging technologies, and promoting innovation.
Prior to joining AAF, Joshua worked as an Outreach Associate for the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He also served as an intern for the Pelican Institute’s Center for Technology and Innovation Policy. He graduated from Tulane University in May 2021 with a BA in Political Economy.
