Rachel Hoff is the Policy Director of the Ronald Reagan Institute. She previously served as Communications Director and Policy Advisor for John McCain at the Senate Armed Services Committee. Rachel has conducted research and outreach for a number of think tanks in Washington, including the American Action Forum, the American Enterprise Institute, and the Foreign Policy Initiative, an organization she helped found in 2009. She received a master’s degree in Global Policy Studies from the University of Texas at Austin’s LBJ School of Public Affairs and a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Tufts University.
