Thomas has an extensive leadership background in early stage, high impact organizations, including companies on the cutting edge of: computer systems software, display technology, location-based mobile apps, molecular diagnostics technology and financial services – in addition to organizations in the non-profit sector. Thomas was co-founder and CEO of SciTech Software, Inc., which developed the high resolution graphics technology that helped launch the modern computer game industry. Thomas is the founder of Americans for Federalism, where he developed The Neutral Tax plan for federal tax reform.

Thomas holds a BS in Finance, a BS in Computer Science and a BA in Economics from California State University, Chico. He resides in Northern Virginia with his wife and three children.
