The American Action Forum (@AAF) released a new infographic detailing a loophole in the Congressional Review Act (CRA) which allows Congress to repeal regulations beyond the 60 legislative day limit. The loophole exists for those regulations in which Federal Agencies did not formally submit a report to Congress. According to AAF research, there are at least five regulations, which total $24 billion in regulatory costs, that could be affected by these loopholes in the CRA.
