The American Action Forum (@AAF) today released research examining New York’s short term rental ban. The research finds that eliminating Airbnb alone could wipe out $500 million in annual revenue for hosts in New York City. This new law would impact other short term home rental sites as well, potentially costing the state millions of dollars in lost tax revenue.
