AAF Examines Major Regulations Issued Before CRA Deadline
The American Action Forum (@AAF) released new research today examining the number of major regulations being pushed through the White House before “Regulation Day.” Rules published after this deadline risk being repealed by the next Congress and administration under the Congressional Review Act. In 2016, the administration has proposed or finalized more than $85 billion in total costs, in addition to 44 million paperwork burden hours.
