AAF Examines Treasury’s Actions On Inversions

The American Action Forum (@AAF) today released an examination of the actions undertaken by the Treasury Department to suppress so-called inversions, or mergers between U.S. and foreign companies. The AAF assessment reviews Treasury’s latest regulations aimed at restricting these mergers as well as rules that purport to limiting earnings stripping, or shifting of profits overseas.
