AAF Finds Congress Could Reduce Regulatory Burdens By Using Past Discretionary Rulemakings
Today the American Action Forum (@AAF) released a new analysis examining discretionary rulemakings. AAF analysis finds that Congress can use past discretionary rulemakings in order to fulfill the president’s one-in, two-out directive which aims to reduce regulatory burdens. By using discretionary rulemakings AAF finds $62 billion in cost offsets are possible.
