AAF Research Considers Steps the Federal Government Could Take to Improve WMATA’s Performance
Today the American Action Forum (@AAF) released new research examining possible steps the federal government could take to improve the beleaguered Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. While further federal government assistance for this struggling transit system should be considered a last resort, AAF research concludes that there are several key federal policy changes that could improve efficiency and eliminate poor incentives at WMATA.
