AAF Research Finds Women Are More Often Managers In The US Than In The EU
Today the American Action Forum (@AAF) released new research examining the difference between the female labor force outcomes in the United States and Europe. AAF research finds that women are more likely to hold managerial and professional positions in the United States than in Europe. Additionally, the research finds that:
• Overall labor force participation for women is lower in the EU than in the United States.
• Part-time employment among women is greater in the EU than in the United States.
• The gender wage gap is larger in the EU than in the United States.
