AAF Reviews Medicaid Managed Care Regulation

The American Action Forum (@AAF) today released an analysis of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services’ proposed regulatory changes to Medicaid managed care. The review offers a detailed explanation of the new regulations, finding that these changes will impact over 46 million individuals enrolled in Medicaid managed care plans. The research estimates these new regulations will cost more than $112 million annually and impose over 1.8 million paperwork burden hours.
