AAF Reviews the “Supplement, Not Supplant” Proposed Education Regulation

The American Action Forum (@AAF) released an analysis of the Department of Education’s proposed regulations for supplement, not supplant provisions of the Every Student Succeeds Act. The new rule could cost struggling school districts an estimated $800 million or force them to adopt funding formulas that will further destabilize the very schools the rule was created to assist.
