AAF: TCJA Can Help Level Energy Competition Playing Field

The American Action Forum (@AAF) released an analysis of the energy proposals in the House of Representative’s Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA). The TCJA distribution of subsidies would pare back the biggest subsidies for incumbent energy industries and include more competing industries than under existing tax provisions. These changes could modestly level the playing field for energy competition.
