CRA Tracker: Congressional Review Act in the 117th Congress
The Congressional Review Act (CRA) allows Congress to void rules promulgated by federal agencies. In a new tracker, AAF’s Director of Regulatory Policy Dan Bosch follows the status of current CRA resolutions. The CRA’s structure makes the law difficult to use successfully, and thus far this year six resolutions have been introduced but none has made it out of committee, Bosch writes.
