New Podcast Episode: How Would the PRO Act Impact Labor and Employment Laws and the Economy?

It’s The AAF Exchange — your source for clear, data-driven insight into today’s economic and domestic policy issues.

In our latest episode, AAF President Douglas Holtz-Eakin and special guest Michael Lotito — labor attorney and co-chair of Littler’s Workplace Policy Institute — discuss the Protecting the Right to Organize (PRO) Act’s proposed changes to labor relations and unionization as well as the impact of these changes on the economy. Holtz-Eakin and Lotito explain the mechanics of some of the bill’s key provisions, outline the historical impact of these rules, and consider whether the act will pass the Senate and become law. Notably, the PRO Act is now part of the Biden Administration’s American Jobs Plan.
