President Trump’s 301 & 232 Tariffs Could Cost U.S. Consumers $60 Billion Annually
Today the American Action Forum released updated research calculating the total costs of President Trump’s Section 301 and 232 tariffs. The research finds the tariffs could raise overall costs for both consumers and businesses by nearly $60 billion annually. Overall, the tariffs will harm the U.S, economy on multiple fronts and will raise the price American consumers pay for goods while destroying American jobs in the process.
