Understanding the Impact of the Trump Administration’s NEPA Reforms
The Trump Administration recently proposed updating the regulations for the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) in an effort to reduce the duration and litigation of environmental reviews. AAF’s Director of Regulatory Policy Dan Bosch and Director of Energy Policy Ewelina Czapla examine how the proposed rule changes address these delays while upholding NEPA’s legal requirements.
