Tom specializes in organizing data, performing statistical analyses, and tracking economic indicators relevant to domestic policy choices. He currently focuses on education policy and trade policy at AAF.

Tom received a B.A. in Economics with a Statistics Minor from the University of Maryland, College Park, in 2018.
