Health Care Affordability Discussions Must Include DIR
| Today the American Action Forum released new research on prescription drug prices and their effect on Medicare Part D. AAF finds that direct and indirect remuneration, also known as post-point-of-sale discounts, play a large part in drug pricing for Medicare Part D patients. The research concludes that direct and indirect remuneration must continue to be part of the discussion as policymakers seek solutions to improve health care affordability. |
