New Primer on Sports Betting in the United States

Gambling on sports has expanded notably since the middle of last year. In a new primer, AAF’s Director of Regulatory Policy Dan Bosch and Aveen Bhatia explain why it is on the rise. They also explore various regulatory and tax approaches states are taking to legal sports betting, and they preview the future involvement of other states and the federal government.
