Emmet’s research focuses on labor market policy, including workforce development, minimum wage, and the economic impact of regulatory activity from the Department of Labor.
Prior to joining AAF, Emmet was an intern at the National Taxpayers Union Foundation, the American Legislative Exchange Council, and the House Budget Committee.
Emmet holds a Master of Arts in economics from George Mason University and a Bachelor of Arts in political science from the University of Alabama.
